摘要
目的應用室内質控月統計結果對生化分析項目:ALP、CK、DBIL三個項目的穩定性進行評價。方法在羅氏Cobas c501生化分析儀上設立每個項目三個水平質控品(分別命名為水平一、水平二、水平三)的均值、變異係數(Coefficient variation,CV),錄入LIS系統質控功能表中,開展常規室内質控工作。收集2018年4月~2019年12月每月質控均值、CV值進行分析。結果月均值變化:除ALP外,其餘項目均符合質控要求;月CV值:ALP水平一有1次;DBIL水平一有3次大於本室設定的CV值。結論在設定CV值及均值的條件下,能觀察到質控品的穩定性,有助於及時調整質控策略,保證檢測質量。
Objective To evaluate the stability of the three biochemical analysis items:ALP,CK,and DBIL,using the monthly statistics of internal quality control.Methods The average value and coefficient of variation(CV)of the three levels of quality control products(named level 1,level 2,and level 3)of each project were set up on the Roche Cobas c501 biochemical analyzer and entered into the LIS system quality control In the menu,start routine internal quality control work.Collect monthly average quality control values and CV values from April 2018 to December 2019 for analysis.Results Monthly average change:Except for ALP,other items are acceptable;monthly CV value:ALP level 1 has one time;DBIL level 1 has three times greater than the CV value set in this room.Conclusion Under the condition of setting CV and average value,the stability of quality control products can be observed,and the quality control strategy can be adjusted in time to ensure the quality of testing.
