ICF-RS與ICF通用組合在澳門地区住院患者綜合康復評估中的研究分析

Investigation of ICF Rehabilitation Set and ICF Generic Set in evaluation of therapeutic effect among inpatients in Macao

目的探討《國際功能、殘疾和健康分類.康復組合》(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set,ICF-RS)在中国澳門鏡湖醫院住院患者臨床康復評估中的作用,並對兩個量表之間的相關性進行分析。方法選取鏡湖醫院2020年1月~10月期間共47例住院患者為研究對象,利用ICF-RS和ICF通用組合對患者進行治療前評價,兩週康復治療後再次評價,根據兩次得分情況比較患者康復療效;將通用組合得分與ICF-RS身體功能、活動及參與三個維度進行相關性分析。結果患者治療前後ICF-RS及通用組合量表中身體功能、活動維度評分均有統計學差異(P<0.05);參與維度前後評分並沒顯著性差異(P>0.05);ICF-RS身體功能、活動及參與得分與ICF通用組合評分的相關係數分別為0.773、0.895和0.879(P<0.001),具有強正相關性。結論可利用ICF-RS與ICF通用組合評估康復住院患者的狀況,作為康復療效指標之一;通用組合更為簡便,易於臨床推行。

Objective To explore the application of the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set(ICF-RS)and ICF Generic Set to evaluate rehabilitative therapeutic effects among inpatients in Kiang Wu Hospital in Macao.The correlations between the ICF-RS and ICF Generic Set were analyzed.Methods Forty-seven inpatients in Kiang Wu Hospital from January to October 2020 were assessed with ICF-RS and ICF Generic Set before and after the two-week rehabilitation treatment.The therapeutic effect was determined by the comparison of pre-and post-therapeutic scores.The correlations between ICF Generic Set and ICF-RS of three aspects(physical function,activity and participation)were analyzed.Results There were differences between pre-and post-therapeutic scores of physical function and activity with the use of ICF-RS and ICF Generic Set(P<0.05).No difference in therapeutic effect was found for the participation aspect(P>0.05).The correlation coefficients between the ICF-RS and the ICF Generic Set on the aspects of physical function,activity and participation were 0.773,0.895 and 0.879,respectively(P<0.001),which showed a strong positive correlation.Conclusion The ICF-RS and the ICF Generic Set can be used to assess the condition of rehabilitation inpatients as one of the indicators of therapeutic effect.The ICF Generic Set is suggested to be more convenient and easy for clinical implementation.
