摘要
开发了高产苯的歧化催化剂,考察了工艺条件对催化剂的影响。结果表明:在反应温度415~420℃,反应压力2.5 MPa,空速2.5~3 h^(-1),氢烃物质的量比为2~3的条件下,甲苯转化率为53%~55%,苯选择性为44%~47%,二甲苯选择性为42%~44%,进行了1000 h小试的稳定性评价,催化剂性能良好,具备应用前景。
A disproportionation catalyst with high yield of benzene was developed,and the influence of process conditions on the catalyst was studied.The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 415~420℃,reaction pressure 2.5 MPa,space velocity 2.5~3 h-1,and molar ratio of hydrogen 2~3,the toluene conversion rate was 53%~55%,benzene selectivity was 44%~47%,and the xylene selectivity was 42%~44%.The stability evaluation of 1000 h pilot tests showed that the catalyst had good performance and application prospects.
