催化裂化装置待生斜管流化异常原因分析及处置

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Fluidization in Spent Inclined Pipe of Catalytic Cracking Unit

中海油惠州石化有限公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置自2019年检修开工后,待生斜管流化异常问题时有发生。文章对待生线路流化异常时的数据及处置方法进行分析,提出相应的处置措施,改善效果明显,对同类装置待生斜管流化异常问题的处理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Since the launch of the 1.2 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.after overhaul in 2019,abnormal fluidization in spent inclined pipes occurred occasionally.The data and treatment methods of abnormal fluidization in the spent pipeline were analyzed,and corresponding measures were put forward and achieved obvious improvement,which has certain reference significance for similar devices when dealing with abnormal fluidization in the pipeline.
