摘要
运用根本原因分析(RCA)方法对转化炉鼓风机档板的异常调整进行分析。介绍了常见的空气换热器结垢疏通的方法,在线对空气换热器进口风道开检修孔,采用空气、干冰清洗方法,对换热器进行疏通,解决了换热器堵塞的问题。换热器压差从最高的5270 Pa降至240 Pa,合成气制氢转化炉负荷从70%提高到100%,避免了装置停车疏通检修带来的经济损失,保障了机组的安全运行。
The abnormal adjustment of the baffle plate of the reformer blower was analyzed with the root cause analysis(RCA)method,and the common methods of scaling and dredging of the air heat exchanger were introduced.The access hole of the air heat exchanger inlet is opened online,and the heat exchanger is dredge with air and dry ice cleaning method,which solves the problem of heat exchanger clog.The pressure difference of the heat exchanger is reduced from the highest 5270 Pa to 240 Pa,and the load of the synthetic gas hydrogen reformer is increased from 70%to 100%,which avoids the economic loss caused by the equipment shutdown for dredging and maintenance,and guarantees the safe operation of the unit.
