油田钻采设备过流部件冲蚀磨损研究进展

摘要 针对油田开发过程中钻采设备过流部件冲蚀磨损问题,在对现有冲蚀理论进行总结的基础上,系统阐述了冲蚀磨损的微切削磨损理论、变形磨损理论、挤压锻造理论、绝热剪切理论和二次冲蚀理论五种典型冲蚀磨损理论;通过总结分析冲蚀磨损的主要研究方法和国内外研究现状,详细介绍冲蚀磨损试验装置和数值模拟最新研究成果,指出当前钻采设备冲蚀磨损研究存在问题和研究方向,为钻采设备冲蚀磨损防护研究提供理论参考。 Aiming at the problem of erosion and wear of fluid parts of drilling equipment during oilfield development, on the basis of summarizing the existing erosion theories, five typical erosion wear theories including micro-cutting wear theory, deformation wear theory, extrusion forging theory, adiabatic shear theory and secondary erosion theory were systematically expounded. The main research methods of erosion wear and the research status at domestic and abroad were summarized and analyzed. The latest research results of erosion wear test device and numerical simulation was introduced in detail. The problems and research directions of the current research on erosion and wear of drilling and production equipment was pointed out. Theoretical reference was provided for research on erosion and wear protection of drilling and production equipment.
