摘要
白藜芦醇通过对细胞增殖、凋亡、自噬等多种生物学过程的影响已被证实具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、抗癌、抗肥胖、抗糖尿病、心脏保护、神经保护等多种药理作用。作为一种天然的多酚化合物,有潜力成为相对无毒、副作用较小但又有足够疗效的天然药物。因此,如何精准有效的从植物中提取白藜芦醇,优化检测白藜芦醇的方法,成为科学家研究的重点。本文通过对近几年白藜芦醇的测定方法(如高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法等)进行综述,旨在为进一步研发高效灵敏的白藜芦醇的检测方法提供依据。
In recent years, resveratrol has been proved to have many pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti obesity, anti diabetes, heart protection, neuroprotection, etc. through its effects on cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy and other biological processes.Therefore, as a natural polyphenol compound, resveratrol has the potential to become a relatively non-toxic natural drug with small side effects but sufficient efficacy. Therefore, how to accurately and effectively extract resveratrol from plants and optimizing the detection method of resveratrol have become the focus of scientists’ research. The determination methods of resveratrol in recent years(such as high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, etc) was reviewed, in order to provide a basis for the further development of efficient and sensitive detection methods of resveratrol.
