摘要
芳基醚类碳13标记化合物是一类重要的标记物,在医药开发、标记物合成等方面均有应用价值。本文以乙醇-1-13C为标记原料,通过光延反应和官能团转化合成了非那西汀-乙氧基-1-13C。合成样品经过高效液相色谱、高分辨质谱和核磁共振氢谱表征确证了结构,产品纯度为98.27%,同位素丰度为atom 99.0%13C。该方案产品易纯化,本研究是合成芳基醚类碳13标记化合物的一种新方案。
13C-labeled aryl ether compounds are a kind of important markers, which have application value in pharmaceutical development, synthesis, and so on. Phenacetin-ethoxy-1-13C was synthesized from ethanol-1-13C by Mitsunobu reaction and functional group transformation. The synthesized samples were characterized by high performance liquid chromatography, high resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy. The purity was 98.27% and the isotopic abundance was atom 99.0%13C. The product was easy to purify, which was a new scheme for the synthesis of aryl ether13C-labeled compounds.
