石墨烯润滑脂制备工艺对摩擦性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以石墨烯和锂基润滑脂为原料,利用WXQM-2A型轻型卧式行星球磨机研究了球料比、球磨转速、球磨时间等制备工艺对润滑脂摩擦性能的影响。采用MMW-1微机控制万能摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦系数进行了测试。结果表明当制备工艺为球料比5∶1、球磨转速600 r/min、球磨时间1 h时,润滑脂与石墨烯混合均匀,表现出良好的摩擦性能。同时考察了石墨烯含量对其摩擦性能的影响,当石墨烯添加量为0.5%时,石墨烯润滑脂的摩擦系数为0.055、磨斑直径为0.461 mm,较原始润滑脂摩擦系数降低了39%、磨斑直径降低了29.4%。 Using graphene and special grease as raw materials, the effects of ball material ratio, ball milling speed and ball milling time on the friction properties of grease were studied by wxqm-2a light horizontal planetary mill. The friction coefficient was measured by mmw-1 microcomputer controlled universal friction and wear tester. It was concluded that when the preparation process was ball material ratio 5∶1, ball milling speed 600 r/min and ball milling time 1 h, the grease and graphene were mixed evenly and showed good friction properties. The results showed that when the content of graphene was 0.5%, the friction coefficient of the grease was 0.055 and the wear spot diameter was 0.461 mm, which was 39% lower than that of the original grease and 29.4% lower than that of the original grease.
