摘要
聚合酶链反应分析仪(PCR仪)在疾控、机关病毒检测、医院、药厂等多个领域有着广泛的应用。PCR仪器的准确度与校准结果直接相关,有助于计量校准技术的研究,能够保证数据的准确可靠,保持正常的仪器工作状态,同时符合相关实验室认可的要求。因此对PCR仪温度示值误差不确定度的来源进行了分析,并对各不确定度分量进行计算,给出了相应的扩展不确定度。
Polymerase chain reaction analyzer(PCR) is widely used in disease control, organ virus detection, hospitals, pharmaceutical factories and other fields. The accuracy of the PCR instrument is directly related to the calibration results, which is conducive to the research of the metrological calibration technology, can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data, maintain the normal working state of the instrument, and meet the requirements of the relevant laboratory accreditation. Therefore, the source of uncertainty of PCR instrument temperature indication error was analyzed, and the uncertainty components were calculated, and the corresponding expanded uncertainty was given.
