摘要
节煤催化剂在160 t/h煤粉锅炉中的添加试验,在锅炉运行负荷和煤质稳定的工况下,原煤中的添加量达到0.1%节煤催化剂,节煤率4.69%,节煤效果显著。灰渣和飞灰中残留碳添加期比空白期的平均值分别下降22.34%和50.68%。添加节煤催化剂后烟气中颗粒物比空白期降低54.22%。添加节煤催化剂具有显著的经济效益,具有明显的减排效果。
The coal-saving catalyst was used in 160 t/h pulverized coal boiler, under the condition of standard load of pulverized coal boilers and stable coal quality, by adding the amount of coal-saving catalyst up to 0.1% of raw coal, the saving rate of standard coal was 4.69%. The residual carbon in ash slag and fly ashwere reduced by 22.34% and 50.68%, and the particulate matter in the flue gas was reduced by 54.22% compared to the blank period. The addition of the coal-saving catalyst has significant economic benefits and obvious emission reduction effects.
