连续流动分析仪新功能的开发和教学实践

摘要 在仪器的管理中,积极探索开发仪器的新功能,并把新功能引入到精密仪器实验教学中。以土壤有效磷的磷钼蓝比色法为例,介绍了连续流动分析仪测定有效磷实验的开发。将总磷与有效磷比色测定原理进行比较,通过数据分析与理论结合,使学生运用分析化学的手段解决新功能开发中的问题,不仅加深了学生对仪器的了解,同时也提高了学生的实践能力和科研水平。 During the management of instruments, new functions of instruments were actively explored and introduced into the experimental teaching of precision instruments. Taking the phosphorus molybdenum blue colorimetric method of soil available phosphorus as an example, the experimental development of continuous flow analyzer for the determination of available phosphorus was introduced. The principle of colorimetric determination of total phosphorus and available phosphorus was compared. Through the combination of data analysis and theory, the students can use analytical chemistry to solve the problems in the development of new functions. It not only deepened students’ understanding of the instrument, but also improved students’ practical ability and scientific research level.
