化妆品生产管理体系探究

Study on Cosmetics Production Management System

随着国民生活质量水平不断提高,对化妆品的质量和安全性都提出了更高的要求。本文对化妆品及化妆品生产监督管理发展情况进行了介绍,对化妆品管理存在的问题进行总结归纳,从车间布局、人员配置和培训、生产监管和化妆品安全管理四个方面进行了阐述,并从完善化妆品监督管理体系、探索化妆品生产企业长效管理机制、推行生产过程的良好的生产规范和化妆品车间安全管理等方面提出了建议。

With the continuous improvement of the national quality of life, the quality and safety of cosmetics have put forward higher requirements. The development of cosmetics and cosmetics production supervision and management were introduced. The problems existing in cosmetics management were summarized from four aspects: workshop layout, personnel allocation and training, production supervision and cosmetics safety management. Besides, some suggestions were also put forward from the aspects of improving the supervision and management system of cosmetics, exploring the long-term management mechanism of cosmetics production enterprises, promoting good production norms in the production process and safety management of cosmetics workshops.
