贵州省公路建设对经济增长的空间溢出效应研究

Research on the Spatial Spillover Effect of Highway Construction in Guizhou Province on Economic Growth

本文基于新经济增长及新经济地理理论,利用贵州省88个县级行政区2011-2020年面板数据,构建空间计量模型,在2种空间权重矩阵下,分别从省域(贵州省)和区域(黔东、黔中、黔西3个地区)视角,研究区域公路建设对经济发展的带动作用和空间溢出效应,并探讨促进贵州省域城市协调发展的对策.结果显示:①省域和区域视角下城市的经济发展均存在显著且稳定的空间自相关性,在考虑地理和经济双重距离影响下,空间自相关性最为突出;②在W_dis和W_eco 2种矩阵下,公路建设对经济增长的直接效应显著为正.在W_dis矩阵下,公路建设对经济增长的空间溢出效应显著为负,但在W_eco矩阵下,公路建设对经济增长的空间溢出效应存在正向影响;③人力资本、市场潜力、产业集聚和政府影响程度均对经济发展有显著正向影响.

Based on the theory of new economic growth and new economic geography,this paper uses the panel data of 88 county-level administrative districts in Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2020 to construct a spatial econometric model.From the perspective of eastern Guizhou,central Guizhou,and western Guizhou,this paper studies the driving effect and spatial spillover effect of regional highway construction on economic development,and discusses the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of provincial cities in Guizhou.The results show that:(1)The economic development of cities has significant and stable spatial autocorrelation from both the provincial and regional perspectives,and the spatial autocorrelation is the most prominent when considering the influence of geographic and economic distances;(2)In the two matrices of W_dis and W_eco,the direct effect of highway construction on economic growth is significantly positive.Under the W_dis matrix,the spatial spillover effect of highway construction on economic growth is significantly negative,but under the W_eco matrix,the spatial spillover effect of highway construction on economic growth has a positive impact;(3)Human capital,market potential,industrial agglomeration and the degree of government influence has a significant positive impact on economic development.
