小汽车停车换乘停车场服务范围研究

摘要 小汽车停车换乘停车场的使用量难以预测,停车场建成后的车辆停放量往往与设计时预测的停放量差别很大,停车场服务范围是估算停车需求首先要解决的问题.影响停车换乘停车场服务范围的因素很多,比如出行时间、出行费用或者停车场环境.不同区域即使相同条件的停车场服务范围也会存在差异.借鉴国内外经验,结合上海23个小汽车停车换乘停车场的实际经验,首先研究了停车换乘停车场服务范围的影响因素,从定性和定量的角度研究停车换乘停车场的服务范围形状特征、小汽车的接驳距离和接驳时间,最后提出不同类型停车换乘停车场服务范围估算方法和建议,可用于停车换乘停车场的需求预测. The usage of car parks and rides is difficult to predict.The number of vehicles parked after the completion of the parking lot is often very different from the parking volume predicted at the time of design.The service scope of the parking lot is the first problem to be solved in estimating the parking demand.There are many factors that affect the service scope of park-and-ride parking lots,such as travel time,travel cost or parking lot environment.Even the service scope of parking lots with the same conditions will vary in different regions.Drawing lessons from China and other countries’experience and combining the actual experience of 23 car parks and rides in Shanghai,this paper first analyzes the influencing factors of the service scope of parks and rides,and identifies the service scope shape of parks and rides from qualitative and quantitative perspectives characteristics,connecting distance and connecting time of cars,and finally puts forward different types of park-and-ride parking service range estimation methods and recommendations,which can be used for forecasting demand of park-and-ride parking lots.
