摘要
W形金属密封环作为航空工业中使用的一种重要密封手段,其密封性能不仅影响着航空发动机性能,还对整个动力系统的安全有着至关重要的影响。利用ABAQUS建立W形密封环的数值分析模型,以Von-Mises应力和接触应力来表征其密封性能,分别研究工况环境以及结构参数对W形密封环密封性能的影响规律。研究表明,随着工况温度的升高,Von-Mises应力和接触应力逐渐变小;在一定范围内,随预压缩量的增加,Von-Mises应力和接触应力会随之增大,密封性能愈好;随介质压力的增加,Von-Mises应力呈现先减小后增大,而接触应力逐渐增大;同时,在一定范围内,随W形金属密封环壁厚增加,Von-Mises应力和接触应力随之增大,随着波峰半径增加,Von-Mises应力和接触应力随之减小,而随着波谷半径增加,Von-Mises应力逐渐减小,接触应力会先减小后随之增大。
As an important sealing means used in the aviation industry,the sealing performance of W-shaped metal seal ring not only affects the performance of aero-engine,but also has a crucial impact on the safety of the whole power system.The numerical analysis model of W-shaped sealing ring is established by ABAQUS.The Von-Mises stress and contact stress were used to characterize the sealing performance,and the influence of the operating environment and the structural parameters on the sealing performance were studied.The results showed that the Von-Mises stress and contact stress decreased gradually with the increase of operating temperature.In a certain range,the Von-Mises stress and contact stress increase with the increase of precompression,which also showed that the sealing performance of the sealing ring was better.With the increase of medium pressure,the Von-Mises stress decreased firstly and then increased,while the contact stress increased gradually.At the same time,in a certain range,the Von-Mises stress and contact stress increase with the increase of W-shaped metal seal ring wall thickness,and the Von-Mises stress and contact stress decreased with the increase of peak radius,while the Von-Mises stress decreased gradually with the increase of trough radius,and the contact stress decreased firstly and then increased.
