3D打印骨折模型联合正骨手法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效观察

Effect of 3D Printing Fracture Model Combined with Bone Setting Manipulation in the Treatment of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture

摘要 目的:观察3D打印骨折模型联合正骨手法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月本院收治的老年股骨转子间骨折手术患者60例,采用Evans骨折分型,使用SPSS统计软件将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组采用3D打印骨折模型联合正骨手法治疗,对照组单用骨折复位手术。观察记录2组骨折愈合、髋关节功能恢复以及并发症发生等情况。结果:2组手术时间、术中出血量及透视次数比较,观察组均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者骨折术后愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后髋关节Harris评分比较,治疗前2组评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组评分优于对照组。2组患者术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印骨折模型联合正骨手法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,具有减少手术时间、降低术中出血量、减少术中透视次数及无需牵引床等优点,可用于临床推广。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 3D-printing fracture model combined with bone setting manipulation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2019to December 2020 were selected.Evans classification was used for fracture classification,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to SPSS statistical software.The number of patients in both groups was 30.The observation group was treated with 3D printing fracture model combined with bone-setting manipulation,while the control group was treated with fracture reduction surgery alone.Fracture healing and functional recovery of hip joint were observed and complications were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fluoroscopy times of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D printing fracture model combined with bone setting manipulation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture has the advantages of reducing operation time,reducing intraoperative blood loss,reducing intraoperative fluoroscopy times and no need of traction bed,which can be used for clinical promotion and application.
