片仔癀治疗肝脏疾病的药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Action of Pien Tze Huang in the Treatment of Liver Diseases

片仔癀为国家中药一级保护品种,具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功效。现代药理学研究结果表明,其具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡、促进脂肪代谢和促进酒精代谢等药理作用,被广泛应用于慢性肝炎、酒精性肝病、化学性肝损伤、肝癌等各种肝脏疾病的治疗。流行病学研究表明,无论临床研究,还是实验研究,片仔癀在肝病治疗上具有明显的保肝护肝效果,其可能机制与抗病毒促转阴、调控脂质代谢及调控NF-κB信号、抗氧化、抑制癌细胞增殖等密切相关。然而片仔癀是如何通过具体生物学内在作用机制来治疗肝系疾病还尚不明了。因此,进一步深化研究片仔癀保肝护肝的物质基础及作用靶点,对于片仔癀等中药复方的二次开发具有重要价值。

Pien Tze Huang is the national first-level protection of Traditional Chinese medicine,with the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,reducing swelling and relieving pain.Modern pharmacological studies show that it has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-apoptosis,promoting fat metabolism and alcohol metabolism,and is widely used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis,alcoholic liver disease,chemical liver injury,liver cancer and other liver diseases.Epidemiological studies have shown that Pien Tze Huang has significant effect on liver protection in the treatment of liver diseases,no matter in clinical or experimental studies.Its possible mechanism is closely related to antiviral promotion of negative transformation,regulation of lipid metabolism and NF-κB signal,anti-oxidation and inhibition of cancer cell proliferation.However,it is still unclear how Pien Tze Huang achieves the treatment of liver diseases through specific biological internal mechanism.Therefore,further study on the material basis and targets of protecting liver and liver is of great value to the secondary development of Pien Tze Huang and other Traditional Chinese medicine compounds.
