摘要 为减小核酸检测排队过程中相互感染事故的发生,确保核酸检测工作的顺利展开,文中采用单片机以及超声波传感器HC⁃SR04设计一种核酸检测排队预警系统。该系统以小车为载体,搭载2个超声波模块、红外测温模块、预警模块以及通信模块,在超声波传感器的舵机上加入PID算法,使其能够更加精准地控制舵机的转动角度。通过两个超声波反馈的数据以及系统的计算,采集队伍之间的距离数据;红外测温模块主要在小车前行的过程中对指定人员进行体温测量;语音模块和预警模块分别对设定间距和异常体温值进行提醒和预警,并通过通信模块将异常体温数据发送至后台,及时向管理人员发出警报。测试结果表明,所设计系统精度较高,能够代替人力实现核酸检测排队间隔距离提示以及测温预警工作,从而极大地减轻医务工作者的压力,提高核酸检测效率。 In order to reduce the occurrence of mutual infection accidents in the queuing process of nucleic acid detection and ensure the smooth development of nucleic acid detection,a queuing early warning system for nucleic acid detection is designed,in which MCU and ultrasonic sensor HC⁃SR04 are adopted.In the system,a car is taken as the carrier to carry two ultrasonic modules,infrared temperature measurement module,early warning module and communication module,and PID algorithm is added to the steering gear of the ultrasonic sensor to control the rotation angle of the steering gear more accurately.The distance data among the people in a queuing procession is collected by means of the data fed back by the two ultrasonic modules and system calculation.The infrared temperature measurement module is used to mainly measure the temperature of the designated personnel during the car moving forward.The voice module and early warning module are used to remind the set interval and warn abnormal body temperature value respectively,and the communication module is used to send the abnormal body temperature data to the backstage,so as to sound an alarm to the management personnel in time.The testing results show that the system has high precision,and can replace labour to remind the nucleic acid detection queuing interval and body temperature warning,thus greatly reducing the pressure of medical workers and improving the efficiency of nucleic acid detection.
