摘要 针对路灯系统中大规模部署NB⁃IoT模组成本较高的问题,文中结合ZigBee技术与NB⁃IoT,设计一种构成两层异构网络通信的智慧路灯管理系统。该系统使用低成本的ZigBee组网方案进行路灯群内数据通信,将数据汇总到配置有NB⁃IoT模组的网关,再通过MQTT连接到服务器;同时,专为路灯应用场景设计通信协议,用来与云平台进行数据交互。系统可实现平台对地区、路灯群控制和单灯控制,具有开关、调光、状态监控、传感器数据读取等功能。针对路灯业务特点,在单灯终端设计闹钟机制,解决组播数据拥塞的问题;针对NB模组网络闲置断连的问题,利用MQTT协议特点设计心跳机制,实现NB模组与MQTT服务器的网络长连。实际测试结果表明,所设计系统运行稳定且数据传输性能高;相比于现有的NB⁃IoT路灯单灯控制系统,该系统能够大幅降低较为昂贵的NB⁃IoT模组使用数量,具有很好的应用前景。 In allusion to the high cost of large⁃scale deployment of NB⁃IoT modules in the streetlight system,a smart streetlight management system that consists of two⁃layer heterogeneous network communication is designed by combining ZigBee technology and NB⁃IoT.In the system,the low⁃cost ZigBee networking scheme is used to carry out data communication within the streetlight group,summarize the data to the gateway configured with NB⁃IoT module,and then connect to the server through MQTT.The communication protocol is specially designed for the streetlight application scenario for data interaction with the cloud platform.The system can realize the control of area and street lamp group and single lamp on the platform,and has the functions of switch,dimming,status monitoring,sensor data reading,etc.According to the characteristics of the streetlight service,the alarm clock mechanism is designed at the single light terminal to solve the problem of multicast data congestion.In allusion to the problem of idle disconnection of NB module network,the heartbeat mechanism is designed based on the characteristics of MQTT protocol to realize the network connection between NB module and MQTT server.The actual testing results show that the designed system runs stably and has high data transmission performance.In comparison with the existing NB⁃IoT streetlight single lamp control system,the system can significantly reduce the number of more expensive NB⁃IoT modules,and has a good application prospect.
