基于KANO和QFD的隔膜阀产品需求管理研究

摘要 为了满足客户对隔膜阀的需求,提出基于KANO和QFD的隔膜阀产品需求管理方法。首先,通过市场调研获取半导体行业阀门的客户需求,通过亲和图进行归纳整理,并用KANO模型进行需求分析;然后,利用QFD构建阀门的质量屋初步模型。以客户需求为驱动,使用头脑风暴法群体决策,获得与客户需求相对应的技术特性。以质量屋为工具,构建客户需求和技术特性相关关系矩阵,将客户需求转化为技术要求。以RX公司隔膜阀产品作为实例,验证基于KANO和QFD的隔膜阀产品需求管理对于满足客户需求的有效性。
