专业航空医疗急救固定翼飞机转运患者案例分析

Case study of professional aeromedical emergency fixed wing aircraft transporting patients

目的分析总结北京市红十字会999专业航空医疗救援固定翼飞机航空医疗转运案例及其特点,为提高我国航空医疗救援能力、促进通用航空产业链发展提供参考。方法收集整理北京市红十字会999专业航空医疗救援固定翼飞机航空医疗转运案例,对其年龄、国籍、性别、诊断、意识、转运来源地、转运目的地、空中特殊操作处置及ECMO使用情况、医疗保险等资料进行统计分析。结果专业航空医疗救援固定翼飞机转运患者362例,其中男279例(占77.07%),女83例(占22.93%),年龄从出生3 d的婴儿到98岁的长者:其中中国籍患者307例(占84.81%),外籍患者55例(占15.19%);国内转运任务279例(占77.07%),国际转运任务83例(占22.93%),受新冠疫情影响,国际转运任务近3年仅3例。转运患者疾病种类有三十余种,排在前三位的是:骨折、癌症和重症肺炎。结论专业航空医疗救援固定翼飞机在长航程航空医疗救援中发挥了重要作用,中国航空医疗救援已经进入体系化、规范化、标准化发展阶段。

Objective To analyze and summarize Beijing Red Cross 999 professional aviation medical rescue fixed wing aircraft aviation medical transfer cases and their characteristics,aiming to improve Chinese aviation medical rescue ability and promote the development of aviation industry chain.Methods Collect the Air medical transfer cases of 999professional fixed-wing aircraft of Beijing Red Cross Society,and analyze statistically,including age,nationality,gender,diagnosis,consciousness,origin,destination,special operation,ECMO usage and medical insurance etc.Results A total of 362 patients were transported by fixed wing aircraft,including 279 males(77.07%)and 83 females(22.93%),aged from 3-day-old infants to 98 years old.There were 307 Chinese patients(84.81%)and 55 foreign patients(15.19%).279 cases(77.07%)were involved in domestic transport and 83 cases(22.93%)were involved in international transport.Due to the impact of COVID-19,only 3 cases were involved in international transport in the past three years.There are more than 30 diseases that transport patients.The top three are fractures,cancer and severe pneumonia.Conclusion Fixed-wing aircraft have played an important role in long-range aviation medical rescue,and China’s aviation medical rescue has entered the stage of systematization and standardization.
