新时代我国城市社区文化养老路径探究

On the Path of Cultural Elderly Care in Urban Communities of China in the New Era

文化养老本质上是“有文化的养老”,是让老人过上更加体面和更有尊严的美好生活。当前我国城市社区在文化养老方面还存在资金、人才、场地不足等问题,应从政府、社会及企业层面,拓宽资金来源,提升服务的专业性,加大社会支持来满足老年人精神文化需求,让文化养老深入民心。

Cultural elderly care is essentially "educated elderly care", which enables the elderly to live a more decent and dignified life. At present, there are still insufficient funds, talents, venues and other issues in the cultural elderly care in urban communities in China. It is suggested to broaden the sources of funds from the government, society and enterprises, improve the professionalism of services, and increase social support to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly, so that cultural elderly care can earn popular support.
