“双循环”格局下都市圈边缘县域空间结构优化策略——以湘乡为例

Optimization Strategy of Spatial Structure of Marginal Counties in Metropolitan Area under “Dual Cycle” Background: Take Xiangxiang City in Hunan Province as an Example

研究深入剖析“双循环”格局和都市圈发展规律对都市圈边缘县域的影响机理和过程,以长株潭边缘县域湘乡市为例,通过GIS地理分析和数据统计分析,从区域地位、产业结构与布局、交通体系和中心城区品质四个方面研判其空间发展问题。建议都市圈边缘县域转向外向协同式的区域战略,产业发展实现集聚布局和补链融圈,交通体系走向网络结构、内畅外联和全域支撑,城区品质转向有机更新、精明增长和美好人居。

The study deeply analyzes the influence mechanism and process of the “dual circulation”pattern and the metropolitan development rule of the counties on the edge of the metropolitan area, taking Xiangxiang City, the marginal county of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan as an example, through GIS geographical analysis and statistical analysis, the spatial development problems are judged from four aspects: regional status, industrial structure and layout, transportation system and quality of the central urban area. It is suggested that the counties on the edge of the metropolitan area should turn to the regional strategy of outward cooperation. The industrial development should realize the centralized layout and complementary chain integration. The transportation system should move towards the network structure, good internal and external connection and global support. The urban life should turn to organic renewal, smart growth and good living.
