摘要
为准确反映道岔转辙机设备的运行状态,为设备维护人员开展设备状态维修提供判断依据,基于现场监测数据及维护经验,引入劣化度概念,结合道岔转辙机设备的特点,建立基于劣化度的道岔转辙机特征参数。基于层次分析法和熵权法建立特征参数的权重向量,采用岭形分布隶属度函数建立劣化度模糊判断矩阵,进行道岔转辙机整体健康状态模糊综合评估,并根据最大隶属度确定道岔转辙机的健康状态。
To accurately reflect the operation status of turnout switch machine, judgment basis is provided for equipment maintenance personnel to carry out equipment status main-tenance. Based on the field monitoring data and on-site main-tenance experience, the concept of deterioration degree is introduced, and with the characteristics of turnout switch machine, the turnout switch machine feature parameters based on deterioration degree are established. Weight vectors of feature parameters are established based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and EWM(entropy weight method), and the fuzzy judgment matrix of deterioration degree is established using ridge-shape distribution membership function. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the turnout switch machine overall health status is carried out, and the status is determined according to the maximum membership degree.
