摘要
介绍了硅铁矿热炉馈电系统的优化改造,针对改进思路、吨铁电耗数据进行对比分析。对馈电系统进行改进既有利于降低矿热炉冶炼生产电耗,又能优化生产指标,进而总结出馈电系统优化实践意义。
The paper introduces the optimization and transformation of the feed system of ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace,and mainly compares and analyzes the improvement ideas and the data of power consumption per one ton iron.The improvement of the feed system is not only conducive to the submerged arc furnace production of reducing smelting power consumption,but also optimizing production indicators,and then summarizes the practical significance of feed system optimization.
