热成像技术用于硅铁矿热炉的可行性浅析

摘要 随着钢铁品质需求的不断上升,铁合金作为炼钢过程的重要脱氧剂,也相对应地加以了高标准、严要求、硬指标。对于铁合金冶炼各个环节的把控需要更加地严谨细致,炉况温度分布就是其中一项关键指标。以硅铁冶炼而言,热成像技术如果可以全方位地应用于硅铁矿热炉冶炼的温度监测,将在现阶段更为清晰地反应炉体设备的温度情况和炉内运行状况。对所使用的炉体测温设备进行分析,借鉴相似领域使用热成像技术测温的优势,提出硅铁矿热炉使用热成像技术监测炉体温度分布的可行性结论。 With the increasing demand for iron and steel quality,ferroalloy as an important deoxidizer in the process of steelmaking,has also been required to corresponding high standards,strict requirements,hard indicators.The control of all aspects of ferroalloy smelting needs to be more rigorous and meticulous,and the temperature distribution is one of the key indicators.In terms of ferrosilicon smelting,if the thermal imaging technology can be applied to the smelting temperature monitoring of ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace in an all-round way,the temperature condition of furnace body equipment and the operating status of the furnace will be more clearly reflected at the present stage.It analyzes the furnace body temperature measuring equipment used,draws on the advantages of thermal imaging technology in similar fields to measure temperature,and puts forward the feasibility conclusion of monitoring furnace body temperature distribution by thermal imaging technology in ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace.
