基于既有西户铁路开行市域列车的建设方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 为改善西安市鄠邑区及西户铁路沿线居民交通出行方式,促进铁路参与城市交通建设,在分析西安市域城镇空间布局、客流出行特点的基础上,通过比较各种服务于市域客流的轨道交通发展模式,提出基于西户铁路开行市域列车是解决目前鄠邑区及沿线居民出行问题的良好方案。针对基于西户铁路开行市域列车提出3种建设方案,即:直接利用既有西户铁路开行市域列车,对既有西户铁路进行适应性改造,修建外部环线置换城市内部铁路资源。依据项目客货运量的预测结果,通过技术经济比较后推荐采用新建货运外迁线、既有西户铁路改造为市域铁路的建设方案。研究基于西户铁路开行市域列车的工程建设的系统性解决方案,有助于充分利用西安既有铁路资源。 This paper aims to improve residents’ travel mode in Huyi District,Xi’an City and along the Xi’an-Huxian Railway and further utilize railway resources to promote urban transportation construction.After the analysis of urban and town spatial layout in Xi’an City and passenger flow characteristics,the paper compared various rail transit development modes serving urban passenger flow and proposed that regional train operation on the Xi’an-Huxian Railway could be a sound solution to the current residents travel problems in Huyi District and along the Xi’an-Huxian Railway.Three construction schemes were proposed on how to utilize the Xi’an-Huxian Railway for regional train operation,namely directly using the existing line for regional train operation,adaptively improving the existing railway,and building an external loop line to replace the city’s internal railway resources.Depending on the predicted passenger and freight volumes and through technical and economic comparison,it is recommended that a new freight relocation line be built,and the existing Xi’an-Huxian Railway be transformed into a regional railway.This paper provides systematic construction solutions for regional train operation on the Xi’an-Huxian Railway and facilitates the utilization of existing railway resources in Xi’an City.
