摘要
分布式电源的接入对配电网韧性具有积极影响,为更加全面地进行多角度定量分析,提出一种考虑分布式电源灾后应急供电恢复的配电网韧性评估方法。首先,建立考虑极端灾害的随机性与元件的脆弱性的配电网故障模型,并通过随机抽样确定配电网故障状态,评估极端灾害对配电网的影响。其次,考虑可再生能源出力与负荷的波动性,通过场景缩减确定典型场景,并利用分布式电源实现重要负荷的优先恢复。再次,从系统与节点层面构建多角度的韧性评价指标体系,更加全面地反映配电网韧性水平。最后,在改进的IEEE 33节点配电系统算例中验证了所提方法的有效性。
The access of DG(distributed generation) has a positive impact on the resilience of distribution network. In order to make a more comprehensive quantitative analysis, this paper presents a distribution network resilience assessment method considering the DG as post disaster emergency power supply. Firstly, the distribution network fault model considering the randomness of extreme disasters and the vulnerability of components is established, and the fault state of the distribution network is determined by random sampling to assess the impact of extreme disasters. Secondly, considering the fluctuation of renewable energy output and load, typical scenarios are determined by scenario reduction, and distributed generation is used to achieve priority recovery of important loads. Thirdly, a multi-aspect toughness assessment index system is constructed from the system and load levels to reflect the resilience level of distribution network more comprehensively.Finally, an example of improved IEEE 33-bus distribution system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
