考虑DESS接入的配电网变电站规划方法 被引量:1

Substation planning method for distribution networks considering DESS access

摘要 随着分布式电源(distribution generation, DG)渗透率的提高,变电站规划需要考虑分布式储能系统(distributed energy storage system, DESS)的容量价值。DESS的接入能优化电网潮流的稳态分布,有利于配电网工作的灵活调度,同时提高了配电网运行的经济价值。建立了DESS和变电站的双层规划模型,其中上层为选址定容层,考虑系统经济性,以配电网年综合运行成本最小为目标;下层为运行优化层,以配电网网损费用、电压偏差之和最小为优化目标。采用改进的量子粒子群优化(quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization, QPSO)算法对上下两层规划模型进行迭代求解。最后通过2个算例进行规划结果分析,并与传统算法对比,结果表明DESS和变电站的联合规划能有效改善配电网的末端电压并且经济成本最低。 As the penetration rate of distribution generation(DG) increases, the capacity value of distributed energy storage system(DESS) should be taken into account in substation planning. The access of DESS can optimize the steady-state distribution of power flow, facilitate the flexible regulation of power distribution network operation and improves the economic value of the distribution network operation. In this paper, a twolayer planning model for DESS and substations is developed. The upper layer is the siting and capacity determination layer, which considers system economics and takes the minimum annual comprehensive operating cost of the distribution network as the optimization objective. The lower layer is the operation optimization layer, in which the minimum sum of network loss cost and the voltage deviation of the distribution network is taken as the optimization objective. The improved quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO)algorithm is used to iteratively solve the upper and lower layer programming model. Finally, two examples are used to analyze the programming results, and then compared with the traditional algorithms. The results show that the joint planning of DESS and substation can effectively improve the terminal voltage of the distribution network with the lowest economic cost.
