摘要
[目的]探索并筛选出一种可有效提高除虫脲产品含量和收率的反应促进剂,并优化其制备和使用工艺。[方法]将含有活性氯原子的草酰氯和三氯化磷进行混合,考察2种组分的最佳配比;最佳配比的反应促进剂应用于除虫脲的合成工序,通过考察反应促进剂的最佳用量,确定较优的工艺参数。[结果]确定了反应促进剂的最佳配比和最佳用量,筛选出的反应促进剂可使除虫脲产品含量提高至99%以上,收率可提高至95%以上。[结论]该反应促进剂具有显著缩短生产周期、有效提升产品品质、降低生产成本等特点。
[Aims] This study aims to explore a accelerator which can effectively increase the content and yield of diflubenzuron, and the synthetic process was optimized and improved. [Methods] Oxalyl chlorides and phosphorus trichloride containing active chlorine atom were mixed to investigate the best ratio of the two components. In order to determinate the optimum parameters, the amount of accelerator was investigated, which was tested in the synthesis process of diflubenzuron. [Results] The optimum ratio and amount of the accelerator were determined, which can increase the content of the product to more than 99% and the yield to more than 95%. [Conclusions] The accelerator has some characteristics, such as significantly shortening the production cycle, effectively improving the product quality and reducing the production cost.
