摘要
[目的]建立一种对30%啶氧菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂进行有效成分分离和含量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-超纯水为流动相,使用ODS为填料的不锈钢色谱柱和PDA检测器,在225 nm波长下对制剂中的啶氧菌酯和戊唑醇进行分离和含量分析。[结果]该分析方法的啶氧菌酯和戊唑醇线性相关系数R2均大于0.999,标准偏差分别为0.08和0.04,变异系数分别为0.40%和0.39%,平均回收率分别为99.70%和99.54%。[结论]该检测方法操作简单,分离效果良好,线性关系、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于啶氧菌酯和戊唑醇复配制剂的质量控制。
[Aims] This study aims to establish an analytical method for separation and quantitative analysis of picoxystrobin·tebuconazole 30% SC by HPLC. [Methods] The separation and quantitative analysis of picoxystrobin and tebuconazole samples were conducted by HPLC and PDA detector at 225 nm with the mixture of methanol and ultra-pure water as mobile phase, and column with ODS as fixed phase. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of picoxystrobin and tebuconazole were all greater than 0.999, the standard deviation were 0.08and 0.04, the coefficients of variation were 0.40% and 0.39%, and the average recoveries were 99.70 % and 99.54%,respectively. [Conclusions] This method has the advantages of simple operation and good separation effect, the linear relations, accuracy, and precision can meet the requirement. It is suitable for quality control of the formulation of picoxystrobin and tebuconazole.
