Analysis of the high-voltage power-on failure of new energy vehicles

摘要 高压上电故障是新能源汽车故障维修中的常见故障项目.结合高压上电工作原理从动力电池自检故障,动力电池内部高压回路故障,高压互锁(绝缘)故障,预充、主接触器故障方面实例分析了高压上电故障的现象及诊断方法.提出了高压上电故障的排除思路:检查动力电池内部自检、内部线路连接、各个接触器是否正常;检查高压系统绝缘性与互锁是否正常. High-voltage power-on failure remains a major cause to maintenance of new energy vehicles.Hence,they are diagnosed with the working principles in relation to self-check,internal high-voltage,high-voltage interlocking(insulation),pre-charging and main contactors of the battery.On this basis,the writers argue for such troubleshooting as checking the battery internal self-check,internal line connection,all contactors,insulation and interlock of the high voltage system.
