摘要
常州机电职业技术学院积极探索留学生教育,留学生培养已初具规模,形成语言、文化、技术"三位一体"的培养模式.仍存在人才培养质量不高、师资队伍国际化水平不高、协同育人机制有待完善等问题.对此,应优化培养机制,加强横向合作,充利利用网络资源,提升教师的国际化水平,引导留学生讲好中国故事,完善留学生管理协同机制.
Against the background of globalized education,Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology explores over the education for international students,with a scale developed and a trinity formed of language,culture and technology.However,the number of students decreases,and education quality worsens,while teachers are not satisfying.So,this paper argues for an improvement of joint education in a multiple manner,strengthening network platforms and enriching the data bank and enhancing management of international students.
