On the professional education of the elevator engineering majors

在产教融合背景下,要提高电梯工程技术专业的人才培养质量,应加大产教融合力度,实现人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧的动态平衡;基于"1+X"证书制度,推进人才培养模式改革;以赛促培,提高电梯工程技术专业人才培养质量;加大教师培养力度,提高教学团队的教学能力和行企校协同育人水平;校企合作,共同开发专业教学资源库.

This paper studies the education of elevator engineering majors in vocational colleges in relation to school-business integration.By taking Hebei Vocational College of Rail Transportation as a case study,the writer argues for improving the quality of education and achieving a balance between the supply and demand sides of industry.Moreover,1+X certificate system is to be established,and teaching reform will be performed to strengthen the teaching resources.A base should be jointly developed by both colleges and enterprises.
