摘要
智能制造对高职院校人才培养提出了新的要求.为提升学生的社会竞争力和自身优势,河北工业职业技术大学创新了培养路径:构建了"岗课赛证融通"的人才培养模式;校企深度合作,构建了理虚实一体化的教学体系;校企共建共享课程资源,建立了多元的综合评价体系.
Since the teaching mode of automation specialty is slowly updated in vocational colleges,the enterprise demand can hardly be satisfied.Besides,the curriculum needs to be improved,and teaching devices updated.So,the paper takes Hebei Vacational University of Industry and Technology as a case study in innovated teaching mode,i.e.,extracurricular competition certificate,school-business integration in relation to curricular design,and multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation.The purpose is to enhance students'competitiveness.
