含脂肪干细胞的自体脂肪移植联合个性化假体置入治疗面部局限性硬皮病 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨含脂肪干细胞的自体脂肪移植联合个性化假体置入治疗面部局限性硬皮病的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年8月收治5例面部局限性硬皮病引起的面部萎缩性缺损,对其先进行含脂肪干细胞的自体脂肪移植,然后再通过3D打印技术制作置入假体模型,依据模型制作填充假体,尽量恢复面部组织正常解剖外观。结果:本组5例患者,术后均无感染、血肿等并发症。术后随访6~24个月,平均12个月,患者皮肤的颜色质地均接近周围正常皮肤,其组织的缺损得以纠正,基本恢复面部的正常外观形态,患者满意。结论:含脂肪干细胞的自体脂肪移植联合个性化假体置入治疗面部局限性硬皮病是一种理想可靠的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fat transplantation with adipose stem cells combined with personalized prosthesis implantation on facial localized scleroderma. Methods Five cases of facial atrophic defects caused by localized scleroderma were selected from June 2017 to August 2019. Autologous fat transplantation with adipose-derived stem cells and implant prosthesis model made by 3D printing technology were used to restore the normal anatomical appearance of their facial tissues. Results There were no complications such as infections and hematoma in the five patients. The cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,with an average of 1 year.The color and texture of the skin were close to the surrounding normal skin,the defect of the tissue was corrected,and the normal appearance of the face was basically restored. The patients were satisfied with the postoperative results. Conclusion Fat transplantation with adipose-derived stem cells combined with personalized prosthesis implantation is an ideal and reliable method for the treatment of facial localized scleroderma.
