Analysis of the Causes of Grain Storage Loss and Loss Reduction Measures

粮食问题历来受到广泛重视,粮食仓储是保障粮食安全的核心环节,而仓储环节中的损耗又是粮食仓储负增长的重要因素。要想保证粮食仓储的规范化管理,必须重视粮食仓储损耗这一关键瓶颈。本文在明确仓储管理制度的基础上,结合实际调研工作结果,从实证角度出发深入分析了粮食仓储过程中产生损耗的原因,并针对具体原因提出了减少仓储过程中粮食损耗的对策,以期为减少粮食仓储损耗、保证粮食安全提供经验借鉴与理论支持。

Grain issues have traditionally received wide attention, grain storage is the core link to ensure grain security, and the loss in the storage link is an important factor in the negative growth of grain storage. In order to ensure the standardized management of grain storage, we must pay attention to the key bottleneck of grain storage loss. In this paper, on the basis of a clear storage management system, combined with the results of actual research work, we analyze the causes of losses in grain storage from an empirical perspective and propose countermeasures to reduce grain losses in the storage process in order to provide empirical reference and theoretical support for reducing grain storage losses and ensuring grain security.
