摘要
微波干燥技术是将微波辐射作用在物料上,通过使物料表面和内部同时升温让物料中的水分逸出,来实现对物料干燥的技术。本文针对白心红薯的微波干燥装置进行优化研究来提升白心红薯的干燥效果。
Microwave drying technology is to realize the drying of materials by applying microwave radiation to materials and heating the surface and interior of materials at the same time to let the water in crops escape. In this paper, the microwave drying device of white sweet potato was optimized to improve the drying effect of white sweet potato.
