摘要
本文概述了嘉宝果在我国内地地区的开发情况,包括嘉宝果的花、叶、果皮和果的营养价值和生物活性成分的研究概况,详述了嘉宝果在食品开发领域的研究进展,为我国嘉宝果在食品、保健品和食品添加剂等领域的综合开发利用提供思路。
This paper summarizes the development of Myrciaria cauliflora in China's Mainland, including the research overview of the nutritional value and bioactive ingredients of Myrciaria cauliflora’s flowers, leaves, peels and fruits, and describes in detail the research progress of Myrciaria cauliflora in the field of food development, which provides ideas for the comprehensive development and utilization of Myrciaria cauliflora in the fields of food, health products and food additives in China.
