五黑汤对小鼠抗疲劳作用的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Anti Fatigue Effect of Wuhei Decoction on Mice

目的:研究五黑汤的抗疲劳作用。方法:以不同剂量对小鼠灌胃饲养28 d,记录肝重指数、行为学游泳和爬杆实验,测定乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)活性、肝糖原含量、ATP酶活性,观察五黑汤对小鼠疲劳状态的影响。结果:五黑汤可提高肝脏指数、游泳时间、爬杆时间;升高钠钾ATP酶活性和肝糖原含量,降低LDH活性。结论:五黑汤具有显著的抗疲劳作用。

Objective: To study the anti fatigue effect of Wuhei decoction. Method: Mice were fed by gavage at different doses for 28 days. The liver weight coefficient, behavioral experiment swimming and climbing pole, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity, liver glycogen content and ATPase activity were recorded, and the effect of Wuhei decoction on fatigue state of mice was observed. Result: Wuhei decoction could improve liver coefficient, swimming time and pole climbing time;increase the activity of sodium potassium ATPase and the content of liver glycogen, and reduce the activity of LDH. Conclusion: Wuhei decoction has significant anti fatigue effect.
