近年来,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视。在当前的食品安全形势下,如何做好食品检测工作已经迫在眉睫。目前,我国的食品监管部门对食品安全的检测力度不够,食品检测方法比较传统。因此,本文简要介绍了食品安全检测的重要意义,并就目前食品检测中存在的问题进行了剖析,探讨了在食品安全大环境下,如何创新地开展食品检测工作,保障人们的健康,促进社会的稳定发展。

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to food safety. In the current situation of food safety, how to do food inspection work is imminent. At present, the detection of food safety by food supervision department in our country is not enough. Therefore, this paper briefly introduces the significance of food safety testing, and analyzes the existing problems in food testing, and discusses how to carry out food testing work innovatively under the environment of food safety, so as to protect people’s health and promote the stable development of society.
