摘要 本文通过分析现有标准规定的枇杷中农药最大残留量和农药每日容许摄入量(ADI值)之间的关系,构建农药慢性膳食摄入风险评估模式。探讨慢性膳食摄入风险评估模式在枇杷中农药残留安全评价中的应用,并对枇杷中农药最大残留量设定提出建议。 In this paper, a risk assessment model for chronic dietary intake of pesticides was established by analyzing the relationship between the maximum pesticide residues in loquat and the ADI value. To explore the application of chronic dietary intake risk assessment model in the safety assessment of pesticide residues in loquat, and to put forward suggestions on the setting of maximum pesticide residues in loquat.
