摘要
食用农产品作为人们日常生活的必需品,其安全性一直受到政府及社会大众的关注,也一直是各级食品监管部门部署抽检任务的重点品类。本研究通过分析2021年全国食用农产品监督抽检数据,从抽样过程、样品制备及保存过程、样品检验过程三大方面提出食用农产品质量控制措施,为规范抽检流程、控制抽检过程风险以及提高检测结果的准确性提供参考依据。
As a necessity of people’s daily life, the safety of edible agricultural products has always been concerned by the government and the public, and has always been the key category of sampling inspection deployed by food supervision departments at all levels. Based on the analysis of sampling inspection of edible agricultural products in 2021,the quality control measures of edible agricultural products were put forward from sampling process, sample preparation and preservation process and sample inspection process. It provides a reference for standardizing the sampling process,controlling the risk of sampling process and improving the accuracy of test results.
