供应链视角下网购生鲜食品安全关键控制点分析

摘要 针对网购生鲜食品安全问题,搜集整理了京东平台4 187条生鲜食品的在线评论作为研究样本,运用集搜客平台进行高频词提取和词频统计,总结归纳出10个发生在各个供应链环节的网购生鲜食品安全本质原因。在此基础上建立网购生鲜食品安全SC-RC判别与定位矩阵,根据词频频数大小定位网购生鲜食品安全的3个关键控制点,并依据研究结论提出对策建议。 To address the issue of online fresh food safety, 4 187 online reviews of fresh food products on the Jingdong platform were collected and collated as research samples, and high-frequency words were extracted and counted using the Goo Seeker platform to summarise 10 essential causes of online fresh food safety that occur in various supply chain links. Establish the SC-RC discrimination and positioning matrix of online fresh food safety on this basis, locate 3 key control points of online fresh food safety according to the frequency of words, and finally propose countermeasures based on the research findings.
