儿童及青少年面对母亲罹患乳腺癌心理体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative researches on psychological experience of children and adolescents facing their mothers suffering from breast cancer:Meta-integration

目的:系统整合儿童及青少年面对母亲罹患乳腺癌的心理体验,为制定有针对性的心理干预措施提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、CINHAL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关儿童及青少年面对母亲罹患乳腺癌心理体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年10月24日。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,通过汇集性整合进行结果整合与分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,提炼出55个研究结果,归纳形成10个类别,4个整合结果为:负性心理感受主导的复杂情绪体验;家庭生活受到多重影响;不同类型的应对方式;应对母亲患乳腺癌过程中的益处。结论:医护人员应充分了解乳腺癌病人的儿童及青少年子女内心体验并予以更多重视,构建以家庭为中心的干预方案,建立家庭支持系统,促进其身心健康发展。

Objective:To systematically integrate the psychological experiences of children and adolescents facing their mothers suffering from breast cancer,so as to provide reference for formulating targeted psychological intervention measures.Methods:Qualitative researches on psychological experience of children and adolescents facing their mothers suffering from breast cancer were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,CINHAL,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database,and VIP.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to October 24,2021.The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia was used to evaluate the quality of included studies.The results were synthesized by integrating methods.Results:A total of 10 studies were included,and 55 results were extracted.Summarized into 10 categories and 4 integration results:complex emotional experiences dominated by negative psychological feelings,multiple effects on family life,different types of coping styles,and benefits in coping with the mother′s breast cancer process.Conclusion:Health care providers should fully understand the inner experience of children and adolescent children of breast cancer patients and pay more attention to them,build family-centered intervention programs and establish family support systems to promote their healthy physical and mental development.
