家庭康复护理对老年髋部骨折病人术后康复效果影响的Meta分析

Effect of home rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture:a Meta-analysis

目的:评价家庭康复护理对老年髋部骨折术后康复的影响。方法:通过计算机系统检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、OVID Technologies、美国国立医学图书馆(The National Library of Medicine,NLM)、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及百度学术中关于家庭康复护理应用于老年髋部骨折病人术后恢复的随机对照试验,同时筛检纳入文献的参考文献。由2名研究者对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,采用RevMan 5.4统计软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入14篇随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,家庭康复护理有助于改善老年髋部骨折病人术后髋关节功能[MD=12.96,95%CI(8.45,17.47),P<0.00001],提高日常生活活动能力[MD=12.11,95%CI(5.10,19.11),P=0.0007]及生活质量[MD=5.62,95%CI(4.70,6.55),P<0.00001]。结论:现有证据表明,家庭康复护理可改善老年髋部骨折术后髋关节功能,提高日常生活活动能力及生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of home rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on home rehabilitation nursing of postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hip fracture were searched from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,OVID Technologies,NLM,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,CBM,and Baidu Academic,with references to the included literature screened.The literature quality was strictly evaluated and the data were extracted by two researchers.RevMan 5.4 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 14 RCTs were included.Meta-analysis result shows that home rehabilitation nursing was helpful to improve the hip joint function of elderly patients with hip fracture[MD=12.96,95%CI(8.45,17.47),P<0.00001],improve activities of daily living[MD=12.11,95%CI(5.10,19.11),P=0.0007]and quality of life[MD=5.62,95%CI(4.70,6.55),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Current evidence shows that home rehabilitation nursing can improve the hip joint function of elderly patients with hip fracture,and improve the activity of daily living and quality of life.
