摘要
炎症反应通常被认为是一种病理过程,机体多器官炎症性疾病的发生通常伴有炎症反应。持续存在的炎症反应最终可导致器官的功能障碍。近年来,对于间充质干细胞(MSC)来源的外泌体的研究发现了其独特的抗炎作用,为治疗多器官炎症性疾病提供了新思路。本文就MSC来源的外泌体在多器官(如脑部、心脏、肺部、肝脏、肾脏、肠道)炎症性疾病中的作用作一综述。
Inflammatory reaction is often considered a pathological process,and the occurrence of multi-organ inflammatory diseases of the body is usually accompanied by an inflammatory reaction.In recent years,the study of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived exosomes has discovered its unique anti-inflammatory effect,providing new ideas for the treatment of multi-organ inflammatory diseases.This article reviews the role of MSC-derived exosomes in inflammatory diseases of multi-organ(such as brain,heart,lung,liver,kidney and intestine).
