舒尔特方格练习对射箭运动员注意力及成绩的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Shulte Square Exercise on Archers’Attention and Performance

目的:探求8周舒尔特方格练习法对射箭运动员注意力及成绩的影响,以期为射箭运动员的注意力训练提供参考。研究方法:选取山西大学射箭队队员28名,随机分为实验组(8周传统训练并接受舒尔特方格练习)及对照组(8周传统训练)各14名;经8周训练后,比较两组注意力量表统计结果和传统弓排位赛成绩变化情况。研究结果:①在8周训练后,实验组运动员注意力集中能力、转移能力均得到显著提高(P<0.05),对照组运动员注意力指标和实验前无显著性差异。②实验组与对照组比赛成绩均明显提高,且实验组射箭运动员比赛成绩的提升幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒尔特方格练习法能够有效提高射箭运动员注意力,从而提高射箭运动员的项目成绩,相比于传统训练方法,提高效果更加明显。

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of 8-week Schulte square practice on archer’attention and performance,in order to provide theoretical and practical preference for archers’attention training.Methods:28 members of the archery team of Shanxi University were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(8 weeks of traditional training and receiving Schulte square practice)and the control group(8 weeks of traditional training),14 members for each group.After 8 weeks of training,the statistical results of attention scale and the changes of traditional bow ranking results were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of training,the concentration ability and diversion ability of the attention of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the attention index of the athletes in the control group was not significantly different from that before the experiment.(2)The results of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,and the results of the archers in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Schulte square exercise can effectively improve the attention of archers,thus improving the performance of archers,and compared with the traditional training method,its improvement effect is more obvious.
