FMS^(TM)、等速肌力与青少年武术运动员下肢性能任务测试表现的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between FMS TM,Isokinetic Muscle Strength and Lower Limb Performance Test of Young Martial Arts Athletes

摘要 探索43名青少年武术运动员FMS^(TM)下肢重点筛查、60°/S膝关节等速肌力测试结果与青少年武术运动员评估中常用的下肢性能任务测试结果之间的关系,并进行相关性分析。结果:男生右屈肌与深蹲呈显著负相关(r=-0.536,P<0.01)),左屈肌与右直线弓步蹲呈负相关(r=-0.418,P<0.05);女生右屈肌、左伸肌与左前后分腿蹲呈正相(r=0.472,r=0.492,P<0.05),右伸肌、左屈肌与FMS^(TM)动作筛查不存在相关性;男生右屈伸肌、左伸肌和女生右伸肌、左屈伸肌与下肢性能任务测试呈显著相关,之间存在结构上的潜在交叉;女生左主动伸膝抬腿与原地纵跳摸高呈正相关(r=0.474,P<0.05),400米与深蹲呈负相关(r=-0.515,P<0.05)。结论:①青少年武术男运动员FMS^(TM)与膝关节低速肌肉力量呈显著负相关,女运动员呈正相关;青少年男、女运动员膝关节低速肌肉力量与下肢性能能力呈显著相关;青少年女运动员FMS^(TM)与下肢性能能力呈显著相关,男运动员不存在相关关系;②FMS^(TM)筛查不能预测青少年武术运动员下肢性能表现和判断下肢运动能力的好坏,但就性别而言存在一定的局限性,FMS^(TM)筛查可预测青少年女运动员下肢纵向爆发力。 The correlation study was performed to examine the link between the FMS^(TM)key lower limb screening,the 60°/S knee isokinetic muscular strength test,and the lower limb performance task test,which are frequently used to evaluate young martial arts athletes.The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between the right flexor muscle and the squat in boys(r=-0.536,P<0.01),a significant negative correlation between the left flexor muscle and the right straight lunge squat(r=-0.418,P<0.05),and a significant positive correlation between the right flexor and left extensor muscles and the left anterior and posterior leg squats in girls(r=0.472,r=0.492,P<0.05),and there was no association between FMS^(TM)motion screening and the left flexor and right extensor muscles;There was a possible anatomical crossing between the right and left flexors in girls and boys,as well as a strong correlation between them and the lower extremity performance task test.Girls’longitudinal jump and height in place were favorably connected with left active knee extension and leg elevation(r=0.474,P<0.05),and 400 meters was negatively correlated with squats(r=-0.515,P<0.05).The conclusions include:(a)Young male martial arts athletes’low-speed muscle strength was significantly adversely connected with FMS^(TM),whereas female athletes’low-speed muscle strength and knee joint strength were favorably correlated.Adolescent male and female athletes’low-speed knee joint muscle strength was substantially connected with their lower limb performance capacity.FMS^(TM)was substantially connected with lower limb performance ability in teenage female athletes,but not in male athletes.(b)There are some limitations in terms of gender,but FMS^(TM)screening can predict the longitudinal explosiveness of the lower limbs of adolescent female athletes.FMS^(TM)screening cannot predict the performance of the lower limbs of young martial arts athletes and judge the quality of lower limb athletic ability.
